MORE “Legal” Transformation of America )and Loss of Liberty)

The Rio Norte Line

In Keeping with Utah’s idea of re-blogging stories from other blog sites, I am re-blogging this one because it illustrates how our courts and government are being used to undermine our system of government and culture:

MICHIGAN: On its way to becoming the first Islamic sharia-compliant state in America

PLEASE, read this blog post.  Then understand this: SHARIA IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE U.S. CONSTITUTION (or that of any of the States).  Sharia is not compatible with the principles and ideals of individual rights and liberty.  Sharia IS theocratic rule — exactly what the Left “claims” to oppose.  So, why are so many on the Left helping to push Sharia in our nation?

When it becomes State/National/government policy, the support for Sharia in our society amounts to subversion.  Now, ask yourself why so many people connected to CAIR are also connected to the Obama Administration?  And remember, the U.S…

What was the Origin of Slavery in America? The Courts!

The Rio Norte Line

Yes, that’s right: the courts started slavery in this nation.  What’s more, the first slave was owned by a black man.  But I bet you didn’t know that, did you?  Of course not.  Your schools were so determined to undermine your support for the founding ideals and principles of this nation that they taught you our founders were just a bunch of rich, racist, slave-owning white men trying to hold on to their wealth and power.  That’s probably why you don’t know how many black Colonists were involved in fighting for and help establish America’s independence.  But that is another story.  For now, here is why we should never just assume the court is right and that a law deserves our blind obedience:

America’s first slave owner was a black man.

According to colonial records, the first slave owner in the United States was a black man.

Prior to 1655…

Thursday Thoughts (27 Jun 13)

Here are a couple of thoughts for today….

church-of-climatology1

– President Obama announced the other day (Tuesday) that the Keystone XL pipeline should not be built if it will increase greenhouse gas emissions.  Great, assuming the big guy will pay for my gas (out of his pocket not mine or yours), seeing as he is worth upwards of $12 million, he can afford to pay $5/gallon or $10/gallon, I however cannot.  What about climate change, you say.  Hey, I love the environment, but let’s be honest here, climate change proponents are the false prophets of the modern world, their followers break down into the flat-earthers (irrational believers) and Kim K (too dumb to know better) types.  Anyone who has done even the most cursory study of climate can easily see through the BS that climatologists banter about to get more government and/or business grants to fund their lifestyle and their ‘research’.

– Texas executed the 500th person since the 1976 Supreme Court decision to allow capital punishments again.  Kimberly LaGayle McCarthy killed and robbed Dorothy Booth (age 71) in 1997, and is the prime suspect in two other murders.  Ms McCarthy was formerly married to New Black Panthers co-founder Aaron Michaels.  Her last words, “God is great”.

– Rich, good-looking, young, famous, former star tight end for the New England Patriots, Aaron Hernandez, was arrested yesterday and charged with murder.  Hernandez who was a problem child in college fell to the fourth round in the 2010 NFL draft, and signed a contract with a small ($200k) signing bonus (compared to 2006 New England 4th rounder Stephen Gostkowski’s $400k) but loaded with roster and workout bonuses that could have escalated his 4 year contract by $700k, if he had walked the straight and narrow.  Something that he was completely unable to do, even after the birth of his child in November.  The Patriots cut Hernandez hours after his arrest.  Don’t expect to see Hernandez playing in the NFL anytime soon, even if he is cleared of all charges (which is highly unlikely).

Humpday History (26 Jun 13)

Sadly, our government is a cesspool of ignorance, corruption, and general buffoonery, but history shows us that sometimes (very rarely it seems these days) something good does come from the Idiots in the Towers, one such thing is the Truman Committee.

Truman Committee, 1943

Truman Committee, 1943

Senate Special Committee to Investigate the National Defense Program  (the official name of the Truman Committee, you know how Uncle Sam loves their official naming) was formed in early 1941, well into the US preparing for World War 2, the purpose of the committee was to investigate and correct issues concerning inefficiency, corruption (war profiteering), and waste.  The committee cost taxpayers $360,000 for the first 3 years, and saved taxpayers a total of $10-15,000,000,000 (yep that is billions).  (What an investment right?)

I would love to see a ‘Truman Committee’ on the NSA wire taps, Benghazi, Drone strikes on Americans, amongst many other things.  BTW the Committee was a bi-partisan committee, and Senator (later President Truman) was a consummate professional, never stooping to petty political games.

Sunday Contemplation (23 Jun 13)

A couple of random thoughts I’ve been contemplating….

— If we know that the Free Syrian Army (FSA) is loused with Islamic Extremists, why are we equipping them with weapons?  Without a doubt the Assad supporters are dirt bags but changing one group of douche-bags for another doesn’t help anyone.

— I really don’t know what to make of the whole NSA/Edward Snowdon clusterfuck, I am inclined to believe Mr. Snowdon, but I do have reservations about his running to ChiComLand (Hong Kong is communist China), I realize that there are not many options if you are running from the US government but Brazil seems nice.

— [Sark Alert] I want to congratulate

President Obama on his statement to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, “Violence will not address the grievances of the people, and suppressing ideas never succeeds in making them go away, All governments must maintain power through consent, not coercion“.  (Seriously?? Mubarak is worse than Erdogan, I think not)

Friday Freakout (21 Jun 13)

Friday Freakout

Friday Freakout

You know what really drives me absolutely insane?  Being confused.  So why don’t you help me out and explain why politicians do things that are clearly bad for our country.

— Higher taxes have never stimulated an economy.

— Socialized medicine has never lowered prices without lowering quality.

— Not securing the borders, means in insecure country.

— treating non-citizens better than citizens.

— slowly but surely (or not so slowly) stripping our rights.

I could easily go on and on, but I will stop with a solid 5 examples.  Isn’t a government’s job to protect and defend the constitution of the United States?  Don’t they swear that oath just like I did when I joined the military?

I get political differences in approaches to things, but let’s be realistic, how does allowing illegal aliens to pay the in-state tuition rate while forcing out-of-state citizens to pay a higher rate, serve the interests of the country?  Short-term, long-term, or in any way shape and or form?

Why does a 95-year-old woman need to have her depends searched, when we allow the son of a Palestinian refugee go about while serving in our military spouting off Islamic extremist dribble?  95-year-old woman don’t commit acts of terror.

Why are open displays of patriotism and religious belief being banned?  Children being sent home from school for wearing an US flag on their shirt, because it could cause ethnic unrest or some such sh!t, because we live in Bosnia.

Is this the case of politicians killing the golden goose?  The things that these idiots in the towers are doing, will irreparable harm the country, and hence their livelihood.  Are they that short-sighted or do they feel they can flee the country and live off their ill-gotten goods, while the rest of us struggle to put back together what they broke?  If this is the case, shouldn’t we stop them?  Shouldn’t we boot them out now?  Shouldn’t we prevent any more damage to the country?
